How to Register: Simply fill out the entry form ( Info & Registration Form) and mail it to St. John School, 321 N. Market, St., Logan, Ohio 43138

You can:

• Sponsor a Hole for $50
• Advertise your name or business on the back of approximately 150 T-shirts for $100
• Donate supplies such as: paper plates, plastic forks, napkins, hot dog or hamburger buns, bottled water, pope, etc.
• Donate Prizes like: golf balls, golf tees, gift cards, water bottles, etc.; or
• Donate Cash to help pay for expenses
